Filmmaking tools you never knew you needed

…until you started making your film

The film industry has been cracked wide open by the streaming revolution, making it easier than ever for filmmakers to get their films made and out into the world. But the downside is that now, everybody’s a filmmaker. With 50,000 films each year getting made, it’s harder than ever for filmmakers and screenwriters to get their voices heard through the noise.

I’ve written, directed, and produced five feature films, and have been a filmmaker for over 26 years. Over that span of time, I’ve put together a bunch of great little tools and documents that have helped give my productions a fighting chance when it comes to raising film money, or getting my scripts in front of agents and producers.

I started The Filmmaking Store to support my hard work in assembling all these film documents, but also because I believe these unique film production documents and products can help my fellow filmmakers save time with their film business plan, or save money hiring an entertainment lawyer to draw up  a film investment document, or help raise film money, or even to get their scripts to agents and name talent, and a whole lot more.

At The Filmmaking Store’s mission to solve problems for filmmakers. It’s that simple. Cast call sheets, SAG documents, day out of days, crew lists, crew deal memos, talent release forms, script authorship agreements, film business plans, film investment documents.  If you’re looking for specialized film production documents, we’ve got you covered.
